Your photographs, permanently part of your gallery.

The gallery has no fixed transformation limit. Disco Fever, Be the Icon, and On Top of the World are stored permanently with the gallery. Add further pairs using the steps below.

The easiest way

Attach your original BEFORE and matching AFTER files in the ChatGPT conversation where this gallery was built. Identify which files belong together. We can then add the unchanged files to your GitHub project and publish the updated demonstration. You do not need to edit code.

If you prefer to add files in GitHub

  1. Open your project’s photo folder.
  2. Choose Add file → Upload files. Upload each pair as 01-before.jpg and 01-after.jpg, then 02-before.jpg and 02-after.jpg, through 12. Then ask us to add the uploaded pairs to the gallery list.
  3. Choose Commit changes. The files are now stored in GitHub.
  4. Return to this chat and say “Publish the photographs I added to GitHub.” GitHub uploads do not automatically update this separate private demo.

Keep each file’s actual format. For PNG or WebP images, upload them with their correct extensions and tell us the filenames so we can update the gallery list. Renaming a file does not convert its format.

Both images must be present for a pair to appear. Additional transformations can be added to the project’s gallery-data.js list; there is no 12-pair limit. Photos fit completely inside neutral frames without cropping or stretching. Every pair uses the Reveal the Transformation / See the Original controls.

Files committed to a public GitHub repository are publicly accessible. No changes are made to your live Squarespace website.
